Creative Learning
Training & Resources
We use a range of artwork, from film to stories and illustrations, as the basis of our workplace training and learning resources, allowing us to challenge thinking, engage empathy and open dialogue around crucial social and wellbeing-related themes.
Engaging Training Helping You Tackle Tricky Topics
There are two dimensions to the training we provide. We provide insight and understanding into domestic abuse, sexual violence, gender stereotypes and the inclusive practice needed to support staff and student wellbeing. For educators, we have additionally devised practical CPD to support you to use our learning resources with your own cohorts.
We deliver training to educators, student peer supporters, staff and managers and can tailor the learning to meet the unique needs of different groups. Our approach creates a safe accessible space to explore tricky topics and question stereotypes that create barriers to wellbeing.

Real Resonance
Our artwork is co-produced with those affected by the issues at hand, making it feel real, powerfully communicating experiences, giving insight into issues we may not have considered, inspiring empathy and action.
A Way In
Art provides a useful way into themes that can inspire apprehension: no-one needs to share anything they don’t wish to as we explore characters’ perspectives or respond to imagery on a theme.
Reflective Practice
We are committed to reflective practice, frequently working with academic partners to support us to evaluate and refine our output to ensure its efficacy.
How it
works
Identify your needs
We can work with you to identify your school, team or organisational learning needs. Our website has information on all of the themes we address, projects we have run and artworks we have produced. Let us know what you’d like to address and who you are looking to focus on.
Make a plan
We have off-the-shelf training addressing “toxic” masculinity, creative tools for addressing safeguarding, demystifying domestic abuse in the workplace, positive and inclusive relationships and sex education, but if there’s something slightly different that you need that relates to our portfolio of work, we will do our best to meet your training needs.
Book us to deliver
Our experienced trainers will use the relevant artworks from our creative portfolio to open a dialogue with your teams and stimulate thinking on the topic at hand. We will plan interactive and engaging creative learning methods to allow your staff to explore the themes and build their confidence to take action to promote inclusion and equality.
