At Changing Relations, our team is at the heart of our mission. Each member brings unique skills and perspectives, united by a commitment to social change through the arts. Together, we create impactful projects that resonate with communities and inspire dialogue.

Our people

Lisa is a trained teacher who brings 25+ years’ experience in designing engaging and impactful learning opportunities for young people and professionals. Lisa founded Changing Relations in 2013 to channel the arts as a powerful engagement tool to transform the way people think about gender stereotypes and relationship behaviours.

Lisa founded Changing Relations in 2013 to channel the arts as a powerful engagement tool to transform the way people think about gender stereotypes and relationship behaviours.

Kate is a creative producer with a passion for socially engaged, care-based practice. Her work is focussed on creating high quality creative outputs within a caring and collaborative environment which supports people’s well-being and brings positive change to the world.

Kate is a creative producer with a passion for socially engaged, care-based practice. Her work is focussed on creating high quality creative outputs within a caring and collaborative environment which supports people’s well-being and brings positive change to the world.

Over the course of her career, Lucy has been a translator, project manager, editor, database manager, multilingual proofreader, not to mention supporting with HR oversight, trends analysis, software customization, IT support, copy editing and grant applications. She now works with a number of charitable organisations, helping out with (almost) anything!

Sarah is a facilitator, artist and creative producer, with extensive experience in the charity, heritage and culture sectors, including designing activities for education and engagement. She is passionate about participatory and socially-engaged practice and uses a range of craft and DIY-based techniques, creative writing, collage, print, textiles and sculpture in her artwork.

Sarah Stamp

Creative Producer

Sarah is a facilitator, artist and creative producer, with extensive experience in the charity, heritage and culture sectors, including designing activities for education and engagement. She is passionate about participatory and socially-engaged practice and uses a range of craft and DIY-based techniques, creative writing, collage, print, textiles and sculpture in her artwork.

After four decades in health care and higher education, Sue has turned her expertise to supporting culture sector professionals as a qualified coach and creative supervisor in one-to-one and group sessions. Her approach draws on creative writing and expressive visual art practices and encourages appreciative enquiry, allowing practitioners to engage with challenges that surface in the working environment.

After four decades in health care and higher education, Sue has turned her expertise to supporting culture sector professionals as a qualified coach and creative supervisor in one-to-one and group sessions. Her approach draws on creative writing and expressive visual art practices and encourages appreciative enquiry, allowing practitioners to engage with challenges that surface in the working environment.

Ashlea is a trained actor, experienced facilitator and qualified teacher. She is Co-Director of Workie Ticket Theatre and works in schools with children with SEN. As a survivor of domestic abuse and Family Court, Ashlea is deeply committed to improving lives through the transformative power of drama.

Ashlea is a trained actor, experienced facilitator and qualified teacher. She is Co-Director of Workie Ticket Theatre and works in schools with children with SEN. As a survivor of domestic abuse and Family Court, Ashlea is deeply committed to improving lives through the transformative power of drama.

Megan Watson is a visual artist and graphic designer with a background in fine art and critical and speculative design. In her practice, Megan merges traditional mediums like painting with digital rendering and animation. She is inspired by collaborating on projects that advocate for a more sustainable and equal future.
