Our
Governance
Our Board of Directors provide the strategic leadership and oversight that shapes our mission and ensures we stay accountable to our values.
As a social enterprise, Changing Relations’ purpose is to respond to community needs and achieve social impact. Our Managing Director and Non-Executive Directors meet regularly to share expertise and shape organisational development, with a commitment to ensuring our approach stays true to our values. We govern equally, supporting one another to implement our mission.
The quality of our work is further supported by project-specific steering groups, created to draw on the relevant expertise of specialist partner organisations, academic researchers, policymakers and commissioners, alongside those with lived experience of the issues we are addressing. We engage in a range of networks to ensure we stay up to date with different dimensions of our work.
